“We started Xtreme India Finserv with one belief — that financial access should not be complicated. That belief still drives everything we do today.”
Mohit's journey began as a financial consultant in 2007, developing a ground-level understanding of the challenges borrowers face. By 2013, he had become a Direct Selling Agent — building direct relationships with banks and NBFCs, and learning the lending ecosystem from both sides of the table.
That decade of experience became the foundation for Xtreme India Finserv Private Limited, founded in 2021 with a clear mission: to organise the DSA sector, bring consistency to lending facilitation, and make financial access simpler for individuals and businesses across India.
Today, Mohit leads the company's operations and partner strategy — driving a network of 20+ banking and NBFC partners and a growing PAN-India associate community.
